DELIVERY INFORMATION :

We offer domestic and international delivery services via EASYPARCEL PARTNER COURIER (PGEON DELIVERY, J&T, POSLAJU) and also our courier partner Citylink Express and Ninja Van.

For ready stock product, the delivery will proceed next day after the order completed. Our courier partner deliver from Monday – Saturday, excluding public holiday and any special event (flood and etc).

For customized or pre-order product, we will ship it after the product has finished or in stock. The delivery will be delivered the next days after the date of the product is finished.

Tracking number will be provided through email and sms once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact 017-3434569.

Estimated Parcel Arrival

For each order of ready stock items, items will be received within 2-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-8 days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Customer may also choose their favourable courier. In any case, if the delivery is late from courier, we will not able to give any explanation as it have been chosen from our customer.
